Migrate @saleor/app-bridge to @saleor/app-sdk (#2266) 
* Migrate @saleor/app-bridge to @saleor/app-sdk

app-bridge is deprecated and was merged into app-sdk.
This commit fixes imports and points to new package

* Downgrade package-lock version

* Update app-sdk to 0.9.1

* Change sdk version to production

* Refresh app-sdk install
