User with permission can:

  • add - /rss add [url] [channel]
  • remove /rss (rm/remove) [url]

On first run rss channel must be set
After that user can add optional channels

Removal might not be ideal, since I don't know how the autosuggests work. If it's hard to implement assign name to each rss feed and remove them via the name
